How CANCEA handles personal information when you use this public ONEMODEL website or contact us by email.
This policy applies to www.onemodel.digital, the public informational website for ONEMODEL. It does not govern authenticated ONEMODEL applications, client environments, model data, user accounts or other platform services, which may be subject to separate notices, agreements and organizational policies.
The public website does not submit contact information through a web form. If you use a demo or contact email link, we receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your name, email address, organisation and enquiry details.
Website hosting and network providers may process standard technical information required to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and referring URLs.
We do not currently deploy advertising pixels, behavioural advertising tools or site analytics cookies on this public website.
The public site is hosted using Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Service providers may process technical request information under their own privacy and security practices.
Information is used only for reasonable purposes connected with operating the website and responding to you.
We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing.
We use service providers for website hosting, network delivery and business communications. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local law.
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including HTTPS for the public website and access controls for business systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask about personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or withdraw consent for future uses that rely on consent. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes.
